Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. A BIM is a shared knowledge resource for information about a facility forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle.
BIM extends the two-dimensional technical drawings to three-dimensional (width, height and depth) with time as fourth-dimension and cost as fifth. We add sixth-dimension to the project which is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
We at NWSC extend the scope of BIM from planning and design phase of the project the entire building life cycle, supporting processes including cost management, construction management, project management, facility operation and many more.
